Location: Tamworth
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (1 day from home after probation)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Handle user inquiries and technical issues related to Active Directory and Office 365.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a First/Second Line Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time, including weekends.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
