IT 1st Line Desktop Support

Job Reference: 1st Line Support

This is a great opportunity for someone who currently has a year or so's experience within a 1st Line IT Support role within a service desk environment. You will be joining a team of 1st and 2nd Line Analysts, who support around 11,000 users here in the UK, providing pro-active and rapid response to tickets. 

The business is looking for someone with the following technical experience, and requirements:

- Strong experience in 1st Line support with Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Windows 7-10, Office 365

- Strong experience using service desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

- Beneficial would be an understanding of PowerShell scripting

- You must show at both interview stages that you are pro-active and have a genuine passion for IT

This role is salaried up to £22,500, plus on call (£2,500) and a number of other benefits.
