Requiring you to have agency experience, ideally from a digital agency, and with a strong knowledge of CRM platforms and Email campaigns.

Responsible for managing and delivering retail-focused CRM campaign activity, including reporting on post-campaign performance and making recommendations on new ways to improve the efficiency of the campaign on how to improve email campaigns engagement, reach, and conversion.

Offices are based across the world, offering multiple opportunities whilst working for this agency. London offices are stunning, and the company offers extensive benefits and incentives. Operating under hybrid working, so popping into the office twice a week.

  • Responsible for the day to day CRM campaign activity
  • Interest in data, break down analytics, providing insights for ongoing campaigns
  • Building client relationships varying from existing clients to new clients, involved in the retention of the accounts and part of the pitching process
  • Supporting the development of client campaign activity
  • CRM management and experience working on various CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of Email campaigns and an understanding of how they are built, tested and executed
  • Project management of varying sized projects, ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard and on time
  • Leading on best practices for email design and build
  • Part of the creative brief proposal, providing new ideas and ways to reach the client's audience
  • Ensuring CRM activities are delivered to a high standard
  • Identifying new technologies and platforms to bring into the agency and client offering
  • Agency experience is required and CRM, email campaign experience
