I am on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a fantastic agency, based slap bang in the middle of Leicester.

After a period of growth, they are now looking to take on a new account manager, to work within the Client Success Team. The right candidate will have previous experience managing accounts, preferably Social Media clients. This AM role is a completely client-focused role, and you won’t need to be the ‘do-er’.

Location: Leicester
Salary Expectation: Up to £35,000 per annum

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role- preferably managing social media accounts
  • The ability to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality projects for social media clients
  • Confident in your ability to write creative briefs
  • Happy to write proposals, produce project schedules and manage budgets for a number of different creative clients
  • Capable of taking the lead on quality control- working to coordinate, check, test and manage issues that may arise
  • You will be an excellent timekeeper, with the ability to work with many different clients simultaneously
  • Experience analysing campaigns and presenting the finding to clients
  • A proven ability to multitask is a must!
  • Commercial acumen is desired

Ultimately, this agency is looking for someone to manage the creative clients professionally- including listening to their briefs and passing them on to the social team, managing the project from start to finish, making sure the project comes in on time and within budget, and then reporting on the project successes and failures, all whilst ensuring the client is kept happy!
