Job Role: Art Director
Salary: Up to €53k
Location: Sassenberg – Hybrid working - Can assist with relocation
Language: C1 level German and English required
We are currently recruiting for an Art Director to join a design agency with a team of 40 passionate colleagues, working with national and international premium clients. They develop and implement top-notch brand strategies, communication concepts, and products. You'll play a leading role in shaping their clients' communication strategies. This includes brainstorming creative and innovative ideas for projects, managing the content and ensuring top-notch quality throughout the design process. You'll also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the development process, both internally with our team and directly with clients. Finally, you'll confidently present the final results to ensure clear and effective communication.

Skills you should hold:
- Several years of experience developing complex communication projects.
- Strong client communication skills.
- Proficiency in common industry software (comfortable in both Apple and Microsoft environments).
- Independent, structured work style with high creativity, commitment, and team spirit.
- Cultural interest and potentially some international experience.
- Strong English and German communications skills – C1 level or above.
- Work with diverse and exciting clients on varied projects.
