BI Analyst

BI Analyst - Up to £50,000 - Oxford/Remote

We are looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst for a leading real estate client. With a considerably new BI department, you will continue to develop a robust yet innovative data and systems environment which underpins the business processes and success. There will be an opportunity to help shape the organisation’s overall data and systems strategy, and to build a team of experts eager to use and grow their technological skills.
The key duties for the role are:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements on all aspects of the business to go on and produce insights & reports.
• Perform adhoc data analysis, such as market comparison, risk reporting and more.
• Monitor, update and manage Reports, Dashboard and Partner Communities in Salesforce.
• Responsible for Salesforce administrative duties and approach including user account
  maintenance, monitoring, tuning, caching, workflows and more.
• Interact with the wider teams to assists in troubleshooting, and provide technical support and
  training when needed.
• Own projects, solutions and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
• Manipulate business-critical pathways to provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace.
  
  Skills / Experience / Knowledge:

• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in data analysis using different tools
• Experience working with Salesforce, particularly Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Partner
  Communities.
• Effective decision-maker able to balance long-term goals with short-term needs.
• Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work and function within a team environment.
• Highly organised, flexible and hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business.
