Company Overview: A client of ours is a leading firm specializing in innovative building management solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful execution of Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Project Management:
   
   • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
   • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
   
   • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to understand project requirements.
   • Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Resource and Budget Oversight:
   
   • Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track expenditures.
   • Proactively identify and address risks to prevent delays or disruptions.
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
   
   • Implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
5. Client Training and Support:
   
   • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to address inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:
   
   • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
   • years of successful BMS project management experience.
2. Project Management Skills:
   
   • Proficient in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
   • Experience with project management software and tools.
3. Technical Knowledge:
   
   • Comprehensive understanding of Building Management Systems and related technologies.
   • Familiarity with BMS software and hardware.
4. Communication and Leadership:
   
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Demonstrated leadership ability in guiding teams to project success.
5. Results-Oriented:
   
   • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
