Cloud Engineer

Contract Length - 6 months
IR35 status - Outside
Day rate - £500-550
Hybrid working (2/3 days Central London office)

Join a leading Law firm as a Cloud Engineer and help drive innovation through cloud-based solutions. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure
• Migrate on-premise applications to the cloud
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability and scalability of cloud systems
• Develop automation and scripting to streamline cloud operations
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices
• Experience with automation and scripting technologies (e.g., Python, Terraform)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
