Job Role
We are hiring for a senior and strategic role within the Client Services Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's content enforcement and compliance initiatives on behalf of the customers.

Job Role
We are hiring for a senior and strategic role within the Client Services Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's content enforcement and compliance initiatives on behalf of the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading enforcement and compliance and seeking to maximize service outcomes for the customers.
- Analysing internal system data to establish patterns and trends in order to effectively target compliance efforts. Identifying potential relationships between various entities involved in infringing properties.
- Engaging with problematic sites, platforms, and infrastructure hosting providers to highlight their roles in intellectual property crime, identify remedial actions, and drive compliance improvement measures.
- Designing and implementing effective enforcement processes. Where appropriate, liaising with the product, engineering, legal and operational teams to implement changes to support enforcement process improvements.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the Client Services Team and, where appropriate, directly with customers and other key stakeholders in matters concerning enforcement and compliance.
- Collating and presenting enforcement and compliance evidence to customers or their representatives as they build legal cases against non-compliant entities, collaborating with multiple customers where appropriate to bring greater combined legal force to bear.
- Ensuring enforcement notices are sent to the correct contacts, using the most appropriate message formatting and language.
- Managing external responses to enforcement measures.
- Communicating with well-known sites, platforms, infrastructure hosting providers, and CDNs in advance of key tent-pole events or competitions in order to facilitate and expedite compliance during event or competition time.
- Previous experience within a Legal or Content Enforcement Role - ideally in the cyber, software, or media/broadcast industry
- Previous case study experience
- Previous experience designing and implementing effective enforcement processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data
