Creative Account Manager

London (Hybrid Remote) 

Up to £45,000

A global agency, who are growing faster than ever, working with some of the largest brands in the UK. Working solely and closely with one of the company’s major clients, delivering exceptional service to achieve and hit KPI’s. You will be highly organised, creative and a clear communicator who is the main point of contact for both parties. Working closely with the agency's Creative and Copy team, communicating briefs, responsible for managing the delivery of all projects on time and reviewing throughout to ensure consistency, quality and brand continuity. You must have previous experience in design and copywriting, this is a necessity.

  • Estimating on projects across budgets and agreed timelines
  • Reviewing of all briefs which comes through for your client
  • Liaising with client services, working collaboratively on upcoming resource requirements
  • Reviewing production time in line with the teams
  • Overseeing recourses ensuring the teams have all sources needed to complete the projects
  • Approvals of creative outputs against agreed briefs and policies, staying within the tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Creative and strategic process experience is necessary
  • Knowledge of graphics and copywriting
  • Overall digital marketing familiarity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, across a matrix landscape
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Up to date with industry trends, staying relevant and ahead of the curve, providing innovative design and copy
  • Working collaboratively with the creative team, analysing and recommending requirements to achieve a seamless project delivery
  • Consistent job costs updates, including initial quoting and throughout budget management

Effective and proactive project management experience with a proven track record of delivering design and copy campaigns to clients. A clear communicator, who is confident presenting and working with multiple stakeholders, who can challenge concepts and translate briefs clear to all parties.
