Digital Waffle has partnered with an innovative and creative health tech business, who have a no-BS approach to weight loss and diet plans. Due to their success, they are now looking for a Creative Manager based in the North East, who can oversee the daily workload of the entire creative team.

Key Responsibilities of a Creative Manager:

• Organising tasks and projects via Monday.com, writing briefs, and assigning work to the creative team.
• Contributing stand-out creative ideas to the team.
• Overseeing and ensuring all creative content (video, photography, and design work) is executed to a high-quality standard.
• Reviewing and approving creative content before being uploaded.
• Managing the entire creative phase.

Ideal Characteristics/ Background:

• Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop).
• Experience managing a creative team.
• Experience in all aspects of digital design, photography, and videography.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to take control and manage/problem-solve issues that may arise.
