Job description

I am now recruiting for a CRO Executive to join a vibrant, fun-loving, employee-first agency.

You'll be assisting in the data-driven decision-making process on all facets of the digital consumer experience while using industry-leading tools. You will promote the benefits of CRO throughout the company and become recognised as the go-to specialist for anything website-related, from website management to A/B testing. This is a crucial position since you will directly influence the customer experience, website performance, as well as the company's test-and-learn ethos.

Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

You will be expected to:

  • Help clients develop and implement CRO strategies based on pertinent data
  • Boost the CX team's financial support for the company
  • Assist in "working smarter" by identifying and suggesting methods to increase efficiency.
  • Enhance user experience and key landing page conversion rates for clients' websites and landing pages to enhance lead generation and ROI from their various marketing strategies.

Main skills:

  • Ability to design compelling value propositions with a thorough understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to client projects
  • Experience running a website, including knowledge of basic HTML editing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, including the ability to analyse important website pages and recommend testing and improvements
  • Being able to oversee several projects with fast changing factors and being willing to assume full responsibility with no guidance
  • Superior organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities both in writing and in speech
  • Proactive and self-driven to find solutions, come up with ideas, and learn new abilities
  • Internalized understanding of user experience and usability principles, as well as their relationship to online business objectives
  • Working knowledge of conversion optimization testing tools including Google Optimize, Optimizely, and PageSense
  • Identify the ideal UI and UX approaches for desktop, mobile, landing pages, and websites.
  • Thorough understanding of ROI and analytical thinking
  • Organised and systematic while establishing test procedures
