Job description

Customer Data Analyst – London/Hybrid - Up to £50,000 
SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, Adobe, IBM, Salesforce, Faststats, Bloomreach 

We are working with a leading ecommerce company who put their staff at the heart of their organisation. They have recently introduced a new customer data platform, which you will work on to create segments and data models to produce insights and data-driven decisions, in order of improving the overall experience of customers.  

You will also be looking at executing the data campaign for marketing channels, including planning, architecture, selecting, reporting, and analysing performance. You will be working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce insights. 

Key Skills
  
  • Background in data selection and campaign management.  
  • Experience of working with large data sets, processes and techniques.  
  • Previous role with an analytical, campaign or customer data management tool. IBM, Salesforce, Faststats, Bloomreach or Emarsys.  
  • Proficient in data visualisation tools, such as Adobe, Power BI or Tableau.  
  • Excellent statistical and numeracy skills.  
  • Advanced Excel.
