Job description

A brilliant tech and communications company based in busy Nottingham is searching for a customer success executive to join their team, working to enable excellent customer service for their clients.

The ideal candidate will be a first-class communicator, with a background in customer service or sales, ideally in the tech or communications field. This role is relatively entry-level, so you don’t need to have it all, but you do need to be proactive, have the ability to work autonomously, and have the confidence to converse with all levels of seniority.

Location: Nottingham (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Desirable: Educated to degree level 

  • Excellent communication skills, willing to converse with clients and customers in order to improve and optimise the customer journey
  • Happy to work with the customer to provide a perfect onboarding experience
  • Proactive, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Top quality listening skills, using those to understand customer needs and offer solutions appropriately 
  • Happy to work to a set of KPI’s, understanding how to deliver to those metrics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Great people skills
