Data Ethicist - Up to £120,000 Fully remote (UK) No Sponsorship

Our client who has just been named in Glassdoor’s top 50 places to work in 2022, is looking for a Data Ethicist to join their growing team. Despite being a well-established company, they are currently going through massive growth and are looking to expand their data divisions. Due to this continued growth, they have opened up a new position within the company for a Data Ethicist to overlook the data science, data engineering and AI systems to ensure they are continuing to adhere to all legislations and latest AI standards.
They specialise in business transformations, usually across the financial, healthcare and public sectors. A large focus of this role is successful delivery of large-scale, high-quality solutions. You will provide guidance and support to the data analytics teams by understanding the outcomes which the solution is trying to achieve.

You will have an interest in following and applying the latest data ethics standards, regional legislation, and practices. But you want to go beyond ethical AI research by applying best practice processes to ensure customer solutions are trusted by its users. As part of this you will be responsible for ethical and trusted delivery of solutions and enhance our delivery playbook to mitigate un-safe and un-ethical approaches.
As an Ethicist, you will work with your colleagues to inform development of policy and standards, develop customer relationships, account management and share knowledge and mentor those around you.
