Data Insight Analyst (Customer Information)
Location: London (SW18 area) / Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 + Good benefits

They are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join them and be part of a new customer data team that will be pivotal in ensuring that data and insight is understood all around the business.
The key areas and challenges in this role will be working with their new CDP, creating segments and models to surface insight and to also drive decision-making, and ultimately enabling them to provide the best possible experience for their customers. Other key areas will also involve being responsible for executing the data campaign selections for their marketing channels that will include planning, architecting, selecting, reporting and also analysing performance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide the Marketing Team with selections and segments across multi-channel customer journeys, campaigns and programmes.
- Carry out post-journeys, campaigns and programme analysis.
- Turn large data into actionable insight and knowledge.
- Build the customer segmentation necessary to understand the customer base, enable clear customer reporting and ensure marketing effectiveness.
- Help architect and track key customer performance metrics.
- Provide data-derived customer recommendations to the organisation based on customer behaviours and trends.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports. Bringing data stories to life by visualising results and learnings.
Key skills and Experiance Required in the role:
- Proficient in data visualisation tool Power BI, but will also consider Adobe, or Tableau.
- Excellent statistical and numeracy skills.
- Advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of Marketing.
- Background in data selection and campaign management.
- Experience of working with large data sets, processes and techniques.
- Previous role with an analytical, campaign or customer data management tool. IBM, Salesforce, Faststats, Bloomreach or Emarsys.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data, providing insight and conclusions.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection Act.
- Retail sector experience in a similar role
- Experience in Direct Marketing
