Design Operations Manager

£38,000 - £45,000 per annum PLUS benefits.

We are currently working for a Design Agency, situated in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, that is actively looking to recruit a Design Operations Manager who is able to bridge the needs of clients, as well as ensure success in products produced by the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage pricing models.
• Manage products using project management.
• Act as a leader for the delivery team, allowing them to reach desired outcomes.
• Liaising with clients to understand their needs moving forwards.
• Conduct and lead regular team meetings to keep up to date with the team's progress.
• Ensure quality is constantly being maintained in products.

Desired experience/ characteristics for this role:

• Have experience working in project management.
• At least 4 years working with UI/UX product design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in the above roles.
• Confident working both on your own and with a team.
• A strong can-do attitude.
• Time efficient and able to pay strong attention to detail.
