Digital Waffle are working in partnership with an established and growing Tech company. This is a fantastic opportunity to for a dynamic and experienced DevOps Engineer.

Job Purpose:
A key member of our Technology Operations team, you will be passionate about our products and platforms running at peak performance. They understand how our software runs on top of the infrastructure (both physical and cloud).

You will work collaboratively with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to ensure issues with existing software are understood and responded to appropriately and that new solutions are built with reliability.

To be successful in this role you must have experience in the following:

• Previous experience of working in a DevOps role.
• Ensuring high levels of system performance through monitoring, analysis and performance tuning
• Liaising with Developers and other Engineering teams to deliver engineering roadmaps showing key items such as upgrades, technical refreshes and new versions.
• Experience of working with Terraform
• Cloud experience either; AWS or Azure
• Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef or similar)
• Scripting/programming languages to assist in automating solutions e.g. PowerShell (preferred), Bash, C#, Ruby, Python
