Digital Account Director
Bristol
£45,000 - £55,000 
Remote 

We are looking for a Digital Account Director to work at an exceptional agency that prides itself on working hand in hand with its clients, helping them expand their businesses and like to see their clients as an extension of their team. You will lead an ever-expanding team, manage all client accounts and manage all growth plans for the company!

You will need the skills to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, manage multiple digital campaigns, grow and retain business with existing clients and manage a team of talented digital marketers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, marketing and a range of PPC and Paid Media campaign case studies in the bag.

Daily Tasks - 
  • Manage client accounts and ensure the team is meeting client requirements through digital campaigns
  • Experience in managing Digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, PPC and SEO
  • Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
  • Hosting regular roadmap sessions to ensure the team are on track
  • Leading a strong digital team 
  • Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting
  • Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
  • Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
Requirements - 
  • Previous agency experience 
  • A proven track record of working with paid ad campaigns, SEO and digital marketing campaigns 
  • 2 - 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
  • Can confidently manage client relationships daily
  • Can lead and manage a team
