Digital Account Manager

I am now recruiting for a Digital Account Manager to join an award-winning Digital Marketing Agency based in Nottingham.

So what are they looking for? The Digital Account Manager will work with the Client Success Lead, to drive first-class service and care to your list of accounts. The right candidate should have some experience in account management and project management, specifically within a marketing environment. 

You will be acting as the trusted advisor from within to the client, so it is important you have commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. 

Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum

• Experience within Account Management, Digital Project Management or SEO delivery is required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate a brief or request from someone that does not have strong technical knowledge
• Capable of interacting with all levels of seniority to deliver first-class projects on time and under budget
• Confident in your ability to lead and inspire others
• Happy to give open, honest, and direct feedback to clients concerning their accounts and campaign success
• Comfortable staying calm under pressure, displaying empathy and understanding to clients that may be frustrated.
• The ability to adopt negation styles to deal with challenges internally and or externally
