I am now recruiting for a Digital Account Manager to join a vibrant, fun-loving, employee-first agency based in Nottingham.

After a period of growth, they are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their client success team. As a Digital Account Manager, You will work in conjunction with the Client Success Team to maintain and grow client accounts, whilst preserving a first class service. The right candidate will work to unlock what client ‘success’ looks like whether that be through updating contracts, managing conflict or guiding client briefs.

Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum

  • Previous experience in Account Management, SEO/PPC Delivery Experience or Digital Project Management
  • Strong understanding of the Google technology stack.
  • Strong expertise in the marketing mix
  • Exceptional social abilities, specifically to influence and listen.
  • High level of business acumen
  • Ability to present to a group
  • Happy to take responsibility for aiding and ‘translating' for those who have less technical knowledge 
  • Previous experience working on digital advertising spanning many channels
  • Knowledge of simultaneously handling many digital projects

  • The right candidate should have the ambition to learn new skills
