Digital Account Manager
Birmingham 
£30,000 - £35,000
Hybrid

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our client, a creative, fun and forward-thinking digital marketing agency based in the heart of Birmingham, looking for the next big step in their career! 

This role would suit a confident Digital Marketing Manager or Account Manager looking for progression and looking to make their next step into an agency and aren't afraid to get involved across the digital board. 

You will need the skills to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, manage multiple campaigns, and grow and retain business with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, be looking to work in a creative setting and have a strong list of industry connections behind them!

Daily Tasks - 
  • Manage client accounts and ensure you're meeting their requirements through campaigns
  • Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
  • Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting
  • Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
  • Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
Requirements - 
  • Previous agency experience 
  • 2 years in a similar role
  • Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
  • A creative background looking to meet client objectives
  • Experience managing client relationships on a daily basis
  • A good understanding of web and motion disciplines
