Job description

Our client is now actively looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team of eCommerce experts in Birmingham.

This employer works across a broad range of platforms to enable their clients to reach emerging markets. You will be joining a team of 25, of which you will be collaborating with both the Development and Account Management to enable the smooth passageway of projects from conception to completion.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

  • Lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery within budget and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project milestones
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues to keep projects on track
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships and providing regular project updates and status reports
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide project updates
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies and tools
  • Solid knowledge of web development technologies, digital marketing strategies, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive effective solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
