Birmingham (Hybrid)
£30,000 - £40,000
I am currently looking for a Email Marketing Manager to join a growing company. They are looking for a creative individual who will be able to create engaging and innovative content and launch successful campaigns, maximising performance.
Responsibilites:
•Develop email campaigns - including segmentation, template designs, refreshing campaigns & landing page creation
• Ability to launch successful campaigns and analyse performances, identify opportunities, and make data driven decisions to maximise the performance
• Optimise email campaign messaging, creative, targeting and segmentation through frequent testing and data analysis, with documentation of the results and sharing best practices
• Creating engaging, innovative, and relevant content, designing templates
• Deterimine email marketing KPIs
• Managing and monitoring multiple nurture programs, conducting regular reviews, and analysis to help ensure leads progress through the sales funnel
• Collaborating with design team, PR, and the wider marketing team on campaign launches, how emails would fit into the customer journey and align with business objectives
