Engineering Manager - Up to $150,000 plus bonus, bens & stock
Massachusetts / Hybrid
We are currently working with a fast-growing Fintech that is in need of an experienced Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation platforms with cutting-edge technology stacks.
This is a hands-off position in terms of programming, but you will have a great understanding of what clean code looks like and current best practices. This is a fast-growing company so you will need to identify growth areas within this side of the business which will help push on the development of the platform.

- Managing and inspiring a team of approx. 12 engineers, whilst growing this team.
- Working closely with Senior Engineers focusing on strategy and design, whilst also continuing to develop the more junior members of the team.
- Continuously researching and implementing best practices, technologies, and tech legislation.
- Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with the CTO and product management team to set and execute the right goals
- Take a prominent role in recruiting across engineering and product
- You actively look for cross-functionality and have experience working with product and operations teams.
