Role - Engineering Manager
Location - Chesapeake, Virginia (Hybrid) 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Tech Stack - .NET, Angular, AWS, Azure, Cloud
Digital Waffle is currently hiring an Engineering Manager for a fast-growing telecommunications company. They have locations across England, Europe, and Australia and are starting to expand their team to the US.
This role is offering the right candidate opportunity for HUGE career progression with the potential to promote to CTO within 2 years. So the ideal candidate needs to be someone ready to take on challenges to grow and develop in their role.
The Engineering Manager will line manage a team of 4 to begin with, soon to be 5 so will have experience as a Team Lead or Lead Engineer. The role is hands-on with a .NET tech stack. This is a HYBRID role, working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.

Requirements for the ideal candidate -
- Proven Back-end experience with .NET
- Past Front-end experience with Angular/JavaScript
- Confident using cloud platforms (Ideally Azure but can consider AWS/GCP)
- Experience with people leadership and management in a previous role
- Technology and Engineering background with a plan for growth and development in your next role
