This position is for an experienced Digital Marketer or Digital Account Manager looking to implement their skills and knowledge to manage the agency's client base and create strong, lasting client relationships. 

Rate: £200-£250p/d
Term: 3 months

The role: Digital Account Manager


We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our client, a forward-thinking marketing agency based in Birmingham; searching for someone with a passion for marketing and anything digital! This role would suit a confident Digital Marketer or Account Manager with experience focusing on client management, looking to make their next step into an agency and hit the ground running! 

You will need the skills to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, manage multiple digital campaigns, grow and retain business with existing clients and manage a team of talented digital marketers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, marketing and a range of PPC and campaign case studies in the bag!

Daily Tasks - 
  • Manage client accounts and ensure you're meeting their requirements through digital campaigns
  • Manage digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, PPC and SEO
  • Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead
  • Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting
  • Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends
  • Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met
Requirements - 
  • Previous agency experience within a marketing manager or account manager role
  • A proven track record of working with paid ad campaigns, SEO and digital marketing campaigns 
  • Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
  • Experience managing client relationships daily
  • Can lead and manage a team
