Fullstack Engineer

Tech Stack - Frontend - React and Next.js
Backend - PostgreSQL and Node.js

Location - Flexible working 

Salary - $80k DOE with a budget for employee stock/shares ownership 


Digital Waffle is working with a fast-growing startup looking for a Full-stack Engineer based in Berlin. Their company and mission are focused on helping the food industry become more environmentally friendly. After only being founded in the last year they are backed by leaders in multinational companies from the industry. 

This role is flexible working so the candidate needs to be based in Berlin or willing to relocate for this role for at least 2 years so they are available to go into the office when needed. 

The ideal candidate - 

• Experience and evidence of Fullstack web applications you have built and are being used 
• Confidence in Frontend and Backend tech, including React, Next.js, PostreSQL, and Node.js 
• Startup experience 
• Experience leading and guiding teams through technical development 
• Berlin-based

What will a day for you look like - 

• Hands-on coding 
• Working on the infrastructure setup 
• Using the tech stack listed above and potentially adjusting and expanding what is used
• Building the product with confidence and leader/ownership
