Job Role: Game Designer
Salary: Up to €75k
Location: Hamburg – accepts remote working
We are currently recruiting for a Game Designer to join the design team working on a new mobile game for one of Germany’s leading game developers. The company is looking for someone who can craft engaging gameplay experiences with Merge-2. Your role will encompass designing captivating game mechanics, progression systems, and exploration stages, as well as creating exciting levels and events to keep players entertained. To ensure the game's success, you'll collaborate closely with the team to optimize gameplay and stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.
They are open to both mid-level and Senior candidates.
Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 4 years experience):

- At least 4 years of experience designing merge games.
- A deep understanding of game mechanics and player psychology.
- Proven ability to create engaging and addictive gameplay experiences.
- Experience working with game engines (Unity preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to game design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
