Growth Marketing Manager
Job description
A tech-forward web security company with a focus on company culture is on the hunt for a Growth Marketing/Customer Success Manager, working to understand the needs of customers and developing strong strategies to support the growth of the business.
The right candidate will be a forward thinker and an autonomous worker, whilst also being able to create first-class product guides, web pages, and webinar presentations. The customer is the focus of this role, and you will work to develop strategies to optimise the customer process and drive business sales.
Location: Knutsford (5 days per week)
Salary: Around £55,000 per annum (although this is flexible)
- Strong experience in a customer success or growth marketing role previously
- Confident in offering solutions to easily solvable problems, swiftly and within assigned budgets
- Happy to use data to measure progress and test solutions
- Experience working within a SaaS/Web-focused company previously
- Heavily focused on commercial gains
