Leading and mentoring a powerful, talented, and highly capable team of marketers for 12 months. During the 12-month contract, the marketing and communications strategy will be under revision due to where the financial year will fall during the contract. This is not about a rehaul but about complimenting the successful trajectory this business is on. With a YOY increase of over 30%, this business is incredibly successful and really looking for someone who wants to add to their success and be part of the journey they are on.   • Part of the company’s continued rapid growth, leading with the marketing strategy
  • Responsible for a talented team, managing the marketing strategy with transparency, and involving the team with processes along the way
  • Full accountability of developing and executing the brand marketing and performing marketing strategy
  • Execution of a multi-layered performance marketing strategy to reach targeted audiences
  • Increasing brand presence across multiple platforms and using various marketing channels, including events, offline and online marketing
  • Working closely with the Digital team, overseeing the digital strategy and ensuring the brand is communicated within the brand guidelines
  • Ensuring the digital strategy is driving digital engagement, website traffic and lead generating
  • Working heavily with internal stakeholders, reporting on the marketing plans, keeping the business well informed and involved
  • Preparing and managing the marketing budget for marketing and digital
  • Proven track record in end-to-end campaign management.
  • Excellent background in brand marketing and digital marketing programmes ideally for tech/SaaS products
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build fast and effective relationships

You will be a strong relationship builder and you will need to evidence previous team management, whilst maintaining a hands on approach. Ideally possessing experience in the tech or software industry.
