Job Role: Head of Performance Marketing
Salary: €80-90k (dependent on experience)
Location: Cologne – Offers Hybrid Working
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Performance Marketing to join a Cologne-based Environmental start-up that partners up with other businesses to help them become carbon-neutral via their software and services. The business is looking for an individual experienced in leading a team and is passionate about helping with the current climate crisis. In this Head of Performance Marketing role, you will manage all sub-areas and online disciplines such as social media, SEM, content management, and email marketing. You would also be responsible for building the company brand through stakeholder management, setting and achieving targets, strategy implementation, campaign design, and reporting to different interfaces.
The client is looking for someone who has B2B experience and is familiar with working in a start-up. If you can think outside the box whilst having fun and being passionate about the environment, this would definitely be suitable for you...

Skills you should hold (with a minimum of 5 years experience):
- Fluent or Native German (minimum C1 level)
- You have managed a team in a B2B business – ideally a SaaS company and/or start-up
- You can create a performance-based marketing strategy and have knowledge of budget allocation
- You have had contact with a connected sales team and are eager to assist the marketing team yourself
- You have excellent communication skills, a logical-analytical approach to working and you are a creative individual
- Tool experience with Hubspot, Slack, Jira, Typeform
- A junior team and a healthy marketing budget ready to collaborate with
- Flat hierarchies with close cooperation with colleagues and short-decision making paths
