Head of Product | UX Research, Interaction Design, UI Design | New York City | Hybrid Role
Head of Product Design is sought after by an award-winning and expanding Fintech company to lead and grow its design team in New York City. As Product Design Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to establish a strategy and manage the effectiveness of their design efforts on their growing Fintech platform.
Having successfully launched their financial platform internationally, they are currently in a phase of mass expansion with this role being a part of that growth. Leading a team of around 15, you will work closely with the designers, researchers and writers to really advance their product’s user design.
They are looking for a Director or Product Design who fits the criteria below:

- Previous experience in leading a UX/UI team
- A wealth of experience across a number of disciplines (including UX/UI design, writing and research)
- Skills in deep user research
- Previous experience in design for multi-platform products
