To be successful in this role, applicants must have the following :

• Must be ITIL Qualified

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong understanding of Networking and Infrastructure

• Prior experience within a similar position (Major Incident response, Problem Management etc)

• Previous roles within a Legal environment (law firm, chambers etc) would be advantageous
