Job description
Our Client is now seeking an Insights Analyst to join their Commercial Department. This role will sit within their Partnership team and will require an analytical mind to drive Insights from a range of data sets.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality datasets and reports. As an Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping make data-driven decisions and driving continuous improvement.
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid between London & Birmingham (expenses paid) - with some remote working.

The role holder will be responsible for:
- Proactively analysing large and complex datasets to identify actionable insights and trends
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets and reports
- Developing and maintaining data visualisations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Providing recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements
- Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance data quality and optimise data collection and reporting
- Presenting findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Exploring and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience in data analysis and insights reporting
- Experience using data management or reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, FastStats, SQL, Excel/VBA, Microsoft Power Tools.
- Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g. Neilsen, YouGov, GWI, Kantar, Statista, Blinkfire, Hookit)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality datasets and reports
- Ability to communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
