This is an excellent opportunity to join an enterprise level business, who have seen continued growth throughout 2020, and continue to expand both as a business, and as an IT team. You will be joining the Service Desk as an experienced Desktop Support Engineer, supporting end users across a multi-site business. 

Reporting into the Service Desk Manager, aside from the technical capabilities, we are looking for someone who is pro-active, and is looking to join a business where they can continue to develop and progress as an individual. A positive attitude, and desire to work well within a team is essential.

As an IT Desktop Support Analyst, you will be expected to have strong experience across the following technologies:

  • Active Directory
  • Group Policies
  • Office 365
  • Windows 7-10
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019
  • Ideally a good understanding of automation and PowerShell scripting
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills

This is a permanent role, salaried up to a maximum of £26,000 and accompanied by a number of benefits including paid training and qualifications. 

The role will be remotely based during Covid-19 restrictions, and will then be a minimum of 2 days working from home once restrictions are lifted.
