We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to lead the IT strategy and manage the effective day-to-day delivery of IT and technical support staff and users. This role is responsible for delivering IT helpdesk and technical support which meets these diverse needs.
Reports To: Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Commercial & Operations Line Manages: Senior IT Technician (1st-2nd Line Support)

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to lead the IT strategy and manage the effective day-to-day delivery of IT and technical support staff and users. This role is responsible for delivering IT helpdesk and technical support which meets these diverse needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- Provide expert knowledge, experience and an innovative approach to support and develop the IT systems and network.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of Cyber Security, including both technology, security and via user training.
- Maintenance and improvement of IT hardware and systems.
- Manage day-to-day IT support via an in-house electronic help desk system with the support of
the Senior IT Technician. - Provide 3rd line level support across the organisation.
- Project manage various IT developments.
- Develop, manage and monitor all budgets for areas within IT.
- Create and monitor written procedures for staff, contractors and customers for the correct
use of the clients IT services. - Keep pace with legislation to ensure compliance in all areas including Data Protection in
liaison with the Head of Marketing.
