Your responsibilities will involve:
- Independently designing Microsoft Active Directory (AD) solutions
- Developing and refining the architecture of AD solutions with a focus on technical security and operational elements (AD hardening)
- Implementing threat detection and response techniques (TDR) and security information and event management (SIEM) as integral components of our Zero Trust approach
- Creating concepts, documentation, and overseeing architecture-related modifications based on IT security and customer requirements (within the security sector)
- Collaborating on the selection of optimal hardware and defining logical structures for current and future products in partnership with the Research and Development (R&D) department
- Co-supervising security-related aspects of local programs and cloud solutions, such as Jira, Confluence, and others
Key qualifications:
- An IT-related degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in enterprise IT security architectures and IT solution design
- Proficiency in architecting complex IT landscapes and networks
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory solutions for traditional and cloud environments, including firewalling, IPS/IDS, proxy, NAC, IPA, and cloud infrastructure security
- Expertise in utilizing threat detection and response techniques (TDR) and security information and event management (SIEM)
- Experience in applying encryption technologies and procedures (SINA, certificates, etc.)
- Strong experience working with Windows and Linux-based servers
- Proficiency in conducting presentations and workshops as part of your routine
- High initiative, eagerness to learn, and unwavering enthusiasm
- Strong ability for independent and analytical thinking and action
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German
- Additional experience in Virtual Reality development is a valuable plus
