Digital Waffle has partnered with a Birmingham-based MSP that is experiencing rapid growth and looking for a talented and passionate IT Support Engineer to join the team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, mainly remote/phone based.

To be successful in this position applicants must have the following :
- Experience working within an MSP
- Windows Support background
- Worked in high-volume ticket environments
- Firewalls (SonicWall desired)
- In-depth working knowledge of Networking fundamentals (VLANs, Troubleshooting, Switches etc)
- Installation of Wifi (Ubiquiti desired)
