Job description
A leading Private Medical company is looking for a support engineer for their office based in Macclesfield. The role is Hybrid, with 2/3 days WFH.
To be successful in this position, applicants should have the following :

To be successful in this position, applicants should have the following :
- Exposure to 1st/2nd/3rd line support
- Excellent communication/service skills
- Solid knowledge of M365/AD/Servicenow etc
- Experience with Mac OSX (iPhone/iPad support also would be beneficial)
- Device Management and reporting (SCCM, JAMF, Intune)
