Junior Customer Success Manager- Paris, France- Remote working with multiple benefits!
  • Junior Customer Success Manager.
  • Paris, France- 1/2 days remote working, 3/4 days office based in central Paris.

I am currently partnering with a highly successful, rapidly expanding SaaS Company providing a world-class event and venue planning platform. With clients including teams from the English Premier League, NBA, and many more; I am currently on the lookout for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their personable and friendly yet determined service. In this instance, the Client is the Paris 2024 Olympic Games!

Responsibilities:
  • Assuming the position of the first point of contact via numerous channels (chat, email, or phone).
  • Resolving both inbound and outbound support requests as per guidelines.
  • Carefully managing the onboarding of customers, and providing explanations of the software.
  • Client software training.
  • Documenting interactions on Salesforce and collaborating with the marketing team to identify new clients.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • An empathetic outlook on customer/user service.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • At least 6 months experience in a B2B environment within a similar position.
