- Junior Customer Success Manager.
- Paris, France- 1/2 days remote working, 3/4 days office based in central Paris.
- €35k Annual Salary- Benefits include remote working, well-being allowance, growth shares, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Assuming the position of the first point of contact via numerous channels (chat, email, or phone).
- Resolving both inbound and outbound support requests as per guidelines.
- Carefully managing the onboarding of customers, and providing explanations of the software.
- Client software training.
- Documenting interactions on Salesforce and collaborating with the marketing team to identify new clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- An empathetic outlook on customer/user service.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- At least 6 months experience in a B2B environment within a similar position.
