Key Skills Required
- Computer savvy, i.e., have a solid working understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
- Strong administrative abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise assignments and operate under pressure while juggling various deadlines
- Experience in the sector for at least one year, preferably in a media agency
- A significant interest in the AV industry developed after working for a media owner or agency
- A "can do" and positive attitude
What does the job entail?
- Advancing TV spot for maximum delivery of client-approved plans
- Helping with PowerPoint presentation creation
- Independently conducting competitive analysis
- Weekly delivery reports are made possible via attribution software
- Assisting in the creation of post-campaign reports, monitoring campaign delivery, negotiating spot moves, and reconciling campaigns
