Lead Data Analyst - Up to £110,000 Fully remote (UK) No Sponsorship

Our client who has just been named in Glassdoor’s top 50 places to work in 2022, is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join their growing team. Despite being a well-established company, they are currently going through massive growth and are looking to expand their data science divisions.
They specialise in business transformations, usually across the financial, healthcare and public sectors. A large focus of this role is successful delivery of large-scale, high-quality solutions. You will provide guidance and support to the data analytics teams by understanding the outcomes which the solution is trying to achieve.

- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior customers on both business and technical subjects.
- Experience of leading and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to identify opportunities for insight within business functions.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics.
- Developing team members of all levels.
- Knowledge of the latest data models.
