- Multiple years of experience developing web applications using Python
- Strong background using Django
- Experience in facilitating architectural discussions
- Confidence to make technical/architectural decisions
- Previous experience in technical coaching/mentoring
- Any experience with DevOps tools would be desirable
- Fluent German language skills
