Lead Software Developer

A hands-on Lead Software Developer is required to join a Series A funded organisation that is creating software and hardware for an emerging market already worth £50 Billion+ globally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally from hands-on software development through to understanding architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion. 

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
• Lead & guide the development team to ensure best practice is kept
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge C# is crucial
• Experience in working with ASP.Net Core
• SQL
• Cloud Experience using either AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience in Linux Environments
• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 8+ years' of relevant experience
