Lead Software Developer / Lead Software Engineer
C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Git
Worcestershire / Hybrid (1-2 times per month in the office)
Salary Up to £65,000 D.O.E
About the role:
At Digital Waffle we are partnered with a company operating in the Retail / E-Commerce sector, they are looking for a Developer to come on board and lead their growing development team that is tasked with producing and maintaining their applications to further assist with the business
As the Lead Software Developer you will have the ability to impact the business in a positive way, and add value to the growth of the businesses platforms with developing new features, continuously enhancing existing platforms and utilising your stakeholder management to be the bridge between technical and non-technical individuals
You will be required to travel to their Worcestershire office on ad-hoc basis (1-2 times per month)

What your day-to-day will look like:
- You will collaborate with the Director to prioritise and complete projects on schedule
- Take ownership of the back-end development team, mentoring, leading, inspiring and progressing them
- Working closely with the Front End team to collectively solve problems and achieve the successful end result
- Use your technical expertise to identify new opportunities to grow the tech-stack and other methods that can add value to the business.
- Experience Leading or Mentoring teams of developers and leading on projects
- Extensive experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Competent with front end development JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git
- Salary range up to £65,000 D.O.E
