Marketing Assistant
Job description
An amazing nutrition brand is on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant to join their fast-growing eCommerce team, working to resolve customer orders via Zendesk and helping to optimise eCommerce campaigns.
This brand is known for its first-class eCommerce campaigns and excellent service as much as it is known for its protein bars, and your role will be to and enhance this reputation.
Location: Birmingham (1 day per week in office)
Salary bracket: Entry-level role

- Experience working with Digital Chatbot platforms, preferably Zendesk.
- Happy to support and process sample orders for the business
- Work to monitor reviews, replying and ensuring feedback loops are created
- Capable of processing customer returns and refunds
- Ecommerce experience would be positive, but it is imperative you have an interest in digital marketing
- Strong organisation skills are a must- preferably use of MS office and Excel
- An understanding of paid media campaigns would be preferred
- A big team player, working within a soley ecommerce focused team
