Marketing Manager

Worcester 35K - 45K Permanent

This is a brand new role with a successful SME in the Technology sector, looking for a Marketer to join them on their quest to extend their reach and launching a new exciting product. The business has previously gained their success through word of mouth, retaining clients through their outstanding service, and are now hoping to develop that success that and in turn double their growth. This role requires someone with strong B2B experience and knowledge of entering new markets, identifying new audiences, and growing that. 

Role: Marketing Manager 

Location: Worcester  

Salary: Up to £45,000 

  • Developing a marketing strategy and budgets to deliver on commercial objectives, reaching new and existing customers
  • Managing the marketing for existing products and new product releases
  • Development and responsibility of all email communications, ensuring audiences are engaged and informed on new products and upcoming launches 
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present to teams, getting internal partners to buy into the marketing 
  • Analyse all marketing activity, drive efficiencies and optimise campaigns
  • Planning and creating thought leadership pieces in performance marketing
  • Developing partner relationships, creating transparency, and ensuring there is clear communication throughout 
  • Developing an overarching content strategy with the technical content team to utilise content and bring it to life for creative marketing material
  • Project management of the website overhaul, working with agencies and developers to develop a new website 
  • Lead generation through marketing activity 
  • Responsible for demand generation and engagement marketing campaigns, with oversight on collateral used by the sales team
  • Creative eye when it comes to design, ensuring the brand has a uniform presence 
  • Campaign and channel management experience across the marketing mix
  • Analysis of previous and running campaigns to direct and influence future marketing 
  • Experience working B2B
