Marketing Manager

Are you a Marketing Manager looking for the next step in your career?
If so, keep reading because I'm currently recruiting for an In-house Marketing Manager to join an award-winning marketing agency based in Birmingham. They are looking for someone with vast experience working with leading brands, managing digital strategy, digital marketing teams, and multiple key client accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Help us achieve our challenging KPIs for lead generation
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy for the agency
  • Participate in mixers and award ceremonies
  • Organize events and attendance
  • Experimenting with new channels, software, and tactics, you must be flexible and focused to ensure that outputs are delivered with the utmost effectiveness and that data is used to optimise all future activity. 
  • Create key content for marketing campaigns, including social media, blogs, landing pages, emails, and website content.
  • Encourage the continued improvement of the website
  • Use HubSpot efficiently by using the funnel
  • Create pitches, proposals, and meetings to assist fledgling businesses.
  • Work with outside service providers (such as PPC, PR, DXG partners, etc.) as needed to establish successful SLAs and smooth working relationships.
  • Determine additional revenue sources.
  • Be a part of the overall business development team and provide assistance with new business initiatives.

Experience required 
  • Previous agency experience
  • Knowledgeable about and expertise using digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent content writing skills; must be at ease producing blogs, social media posts, emails, and website text.
  • Possess the capacity to handle various projects and activities with efficiency
  • The ability to represent the firm at industry events and involve all internal stakeholders in marketing efforts requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desirable: HubSpot experience
  • Monitoring and reporting on project statuses while coordinating with and advising Directors on costs, resources available, timelines, risks, issues, and solutions

Ultimately, this agency is looking for a top-notch digital professional to come in and work to market the agency from within. You will be a people person, a strong communicator, and a whizz at in-house agency marketing.

Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: 30-40K
