A leading digital marketing agency is searching for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team and steer the company's marketing initiatives to new heights of success.

Location: London - Open to fully remote working
Salary: £100,000 -  £110,000

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualise and oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis, across various channels.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive landscapes, utilising insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse marketing metrics, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, digital platforms, and analytics software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
