Job description

A short-term (6 month) contract for a Marketing Manager, working and reporting to the senior executive team, is immediately needed to replace maternity leave and help the board advance key growth imperatives in the UK and additional territories.


In addition to managing hosted events, email campaigns, social channel management, PR prospects (in collaboration with their PR agency), co-creating thought leadership, and leading the website and social media overhaul to optimise and amplify positioning, the role of the marketing manager will oversee the agency's overall marketing to both current and potential clients. While supporting the larger business imperatives, the marketing manager will make sure all operations are carried out within budget, in the most advantageous manner, and in the shortest amount of time. The marketing manager will be in charge of selecting relevant and efficient marketing strategies to take full use of all of our chances.


Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon (hybrid)
Salary: 40k prorata


Skills required:


  • The capacity to create a marketing strategy and to contribute to the growth of the business
  • Proven ability to draught marketing campaigns, award entries, and other types of writing.
  • A solid grasp of what marketing success entails, including ROI, client success, self-promotion, etc.
  • The capacity to organise and prioritise workloads under time constraints.
  • Strong customer-centricity.
  • A can-do attitude and a proactive approach to professional assignments.
  • Excellent formal and casual presenting abilities.
  • Capable of producing reports and data as needed; numerate; and financially conscious.
  • An open communication style and the capacity to interact with people at all organisational levels.
  • High degree of professionalism and good personal presentation.
